Clarence’s Money Problems

Embattled Kings County leader Clarence Norman hasn’t paid the bills with his public relations consultants over at George Arzt Communications for months, we’re told.

It’s another sign of what a misnomer the grand old word “boss” is for the chief of what used to be a formidable political machine in New York’s biggest borough.

Bob Liff, who’s been speaking for Clarence, says he’ll keep doing the work, pro bono.

“I believe in what I’m saying,” Liff told us. “He’s a victim of the criminalization of politics.”
