Q: An aide to Democratic front-runner Fernando Ferrer left a voice mail with a Times reporter, didn’t hang up and was taped saying Ferrer was a lock. Do you think the tape was a deliberate plant?
A: It is hard to imagine that it was just a mere oversight.
