Freddy to Get Doaked?

There’s a lot to be said and written about Antonio Villaraigosa‘s convincing victory in Los Angeles, but the more we look at it, the fewer lessons we see for New York. The problem is that Hahn, the scandal-plagued, insiderish, Democratic incumbent, seems to bear little resemblance to Mike.

But that’s for another day.

Our smaller point is that Villaraigosa’s adman, David Doak, has already made a bid for Freddy’s business, and we wouldn’t be surprised to see the Ferrer team hire him to capture a bit of that Villaraigosa mojo.
