We always wondered just what people did in the "spas" that seem to have become the de rigueur feature of new condo developments in New York.

The Real Estate just got Rockrose's brochure for 2 Gold St., a 51-story, 650-unit luxury tower that opened earlier this year. According to the Web site, there are some one-bedrooms left for $2,525 a month. Plus, on-site butt-showers.

We could discourse about demographics in lower Manhattan, or marketing strategies of real estate firms, or whatever that thing is she is lying on. But we'll just leave it at that.
