Pirro Deflating?

The Wall Street Journal’s well-sourced John Fund reports:

“Republican leaders in New York are starting to cool on the idea of having Jeanine Pirro, the retiring district attorney of Westchester County, challenge Senator Hillary Clinton next year.”

The problem: “[S]he can’t escape questions swirling around Albert Pirro, her lobbyist husband, who served time in federal prison in 2001 for income-tax evasion and is alleged to have links to organized crime.”
