Election Day Round-up

Election news first: yesterday the Mayor pledged $1 billion to build or renovate 9,000 apartments for the mentally ill and others at risk of becoming homeless.

The struggle over Ground Zero is far from over, but The Post reports that Larry Silverstein will get his public hearing on the triple-tax free Liberty Bonds that will help him build his towers next month.

London Terrace is telling its residents to, well, get a room, after some were caught engaging in “inappropriate sexual behavior” in its health-club pool.

Finally, the Fulton Fish Market is ready to move to the Bronx this weekend–though of course we have heard that before.
