All that television and the winner’s glow add up to some extraordinary numbers for Mike in a Q-Poll released today:

The poll of 895 registered voters in New York City gives Bloomberg “a 75 – 17 percent approval rating, his highest ever, with an 80 percent score among white voters, 74 percent among black voters and 67 percent among Hispanic voters.”

That is political capital. And, as another GOP executive once noted, it’s for spending.
