John Kerry, The Politicker is told, swung through New York last night, and he and Teresa and her son Chris Heinz were seen buying drinks at Rosie O'Grady's (a Midtown bar that's often a GOP hangout) for a couple dozen former campaign staffers. The Politicker's source saw Kerry fundraiser Jamie Whitehead and media guy Mark Kornblau in the crowd.

Buying drinks for former campaign staff is not, of course, the sort of thing you do if you're not planning to have another campaign.
