Ingredients One 3- to 4-pound chicken, cut up 1 stick margarine, melted 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup dijon mustard salt and pepper to taste (optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together margarine, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken pieces. Bake uncovered for 60 to 75 minutes or until nicely browned, basting often. Serve with rice or couscous.
