Two Great Interviews

We missed last week’s mid-interview shooting of Werner Herzog, and it’s too good and Herzogian (not a word!) to miss. (See also Jessica Joffe’s interview with the director back in July.)

And, today–there’s that slightly chalky sensation one gets in the bones, don’t you find, when someone is discussing the third world while a butler serves foie gras–Boldface nabs the Salman Rushdie interview, with a grilling on the nature of cartooning and, let’s say, pragmatics.
