$33 million–Updated

The proposed Assembly-Senate budget includes $33 million for the Atlantic Yards, according to a document outlining economic development projects that was obtained by Develop Don’t Destroy–Brooklyn. That is not the full $100 million that Forest City Ratner wanted, but the developer could always get the balance in subsequent years.

UPDATED: Charles “Skip” Carrier, spokesman for Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, has confirmed the $33 million figure.
