Tomorrow morning, Eliot Spitzer speaks at the Westchester Association of Retarded Citizens Employer Recognition Breakfast at the Westchester Marriott.

In the afternoon, The William E. Simon Foundation presents the William E. Simon Prize in Social Entrepreneurship to Eunice Kennedy Shriver at the Union League Club.

Then, United University Professions, the union that represents SUNY faculty, are scheduled to rally at the state Capitol in favor of overriding the governor’s vetoes of funding for SUNY.

In the evening, the CUNY Graduate Center hosts a forum on “The Prison Industrial Complex and the National Security Police State” which includes state senate candidate Eric Adams.
