Hardhats at City Hall

Jason Horowitz just called in from City Hall. Some 100 construction workers in hardhats and Yankees caps are warming the benches at City Hall while the Council votes on the proposal to build a new stadium for the Bombers.

Wasn’t this already locked down? “Build It Now,” and “Whose Backyard? Our Backyard,” they were chanting as they slowly filled the chamber.

The group is identified as Positive Workforce. Anyone know who sent them?
