Isac Sez

Isac is a little perplexed why Andrew Cuomo has not paid a Shiva call to the late son of Abe Wieder, mayor of the Satmar stronghold of Kiryas Joel.

Yesterday Eliot Spitzer and Mark Green showed up. Hillary Clinton, Charlie Rangel, Denny Farrell, and Jeanine Pirro have paid their respects, either in personal visits or phone calls.

Isac said that he personally called Cuomo on Wednesday to tell him about the death of the mayor’s son, and pointed out that Cuomo also “dissed” (yep, Isac said dissed) the Satmar community by not paying his respects when the Grand Rebbe Moshe Teitelbaum died in April.

Cuomo’s campaign hasn’t returned a call about Isac’s thoughts.
