<p>Ya gotta love Brooklyn! When Boerum Hill brownstone owner Angela Ferrante&rsquo;s water broke at 6 a.m. on a Sunday, she knew she could count on her upstairs neighbor, who rents the top two floors. &ldquo;[He] gladly jumped out of bed and drove us in,&rdquo; Ms. Ferrante said. &ldquo;Then he came back and drove our parents in.&rdquo; Five hours later, she delivered her firstborn: a long, dark and smiley little mister. &ldquo;He didn&rsquo;t look like a typical newborn,&rdquo; marveled the new mom, 33, a corporate-bankruptcy lawyer at Akin Gump. &ldquo;He looked like a little person.&rdquo; Dad is Stephen Eustace, 40, her husband of four years and a partner at Giant Head, an online marketing firm. &ldquo;We have no idea about this whole new baby world,&rdquo; said Ms. Ferrante, who was subjecting her baby to Coldplay&mdash;shades of Gwyneth!&mdash;before a friend lent the couple a folk-music CD about aardvarks. &ldquo;When one of us learns a new trick, we&rsquo;ll share it with each other.&rdquo;</p>
