Moynihan Friday

Today’s anticipated Public Authorities Control Board meeting to approve the Moynihan Station project (the one without Madison Square Garden moving) was postponed until Friday, to give more time for Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver to review the project. “It’s a complex kind of deal, big,” said Silver spokesman Skip Carrier, adding that the Speaker has not yet committed his vote. “We are checking it out.”
