FRANCESCA: B and I went down to Venice Beach today, about a mile from where we live, to film our wedding favors. No, we are not handing out DVD documentaries of ourselves.

Now, to explain the ‘congratulations.’

Since we will give out the flipclips as wedding favors AFTER the ceremony, we shot a video with a ‘Just Married’ sign in it today. Now you get it. There we were, all dressed up, a ‘just married’ sign on the back of our tandem bike, and everyone on the boardwalk in Venice wished us the best.

B and I thanked them all earnestly, posed for tourist pictures with my veil flying in the wind.
