Our hearty congratulations go out to The New York Post for figuring out the buyer of the 20,000-square-foot doozy at 4 East 75th Street. (And it’s always pleasant when the buyers of record-setting townhouses are billionaires named Flowers.)

But may we take a moment for a small, self-congratulatory correction? The NYP erroneously says that our report pinned the purchase price at $46 million, though we had quite clearly written “the price topped $46.”

So, take that.
