Bronx Planner Heads to Brooklyn

Purnima Kapur, who managed the complex (and controversial) rezonings for Yankee Stadium and the Bronx Terminal Market as director of the Bronx office of the Department of City Planning, starts work Monday in her new post, director of the Brooklyn office. She replaces Regina Myer, who has gone on to the city’s Hudson Yards Development Corporation.
