Mark Foley re-elected?

It is nip-and-tuck in Florida’s 16th District, with Democratic challenger Tim Mahoney narrowly leading Republican incumbent Mark Foley, whose name remained on the ballot even after his House resignation last month. The GOP replacement candidate, state Senator Joe Negron, has encouraged Republicans to punish Foley by “punching” him on the ballot.
