<p>The event starts at and will be held at the auditorium of the Public Library at 425 6th Avenue (at 10th street).</p>
<p>It's a rare chance to talk to someone who knows Spitzer and isn't in his inner circle. Masters should be have some insights into what we can really expect in Albany from the guy who made his name investigating Wall Street.</p>
