MTA Chief Unenthused About JFK Rail Link

New MTA head Lee Sander tells Metro, in response to a question about whether the JFK Rail Link will be built:

[Governor Spitzer’s] priority is still East Side Access and Second Ave., and if there’s a way to do it all, then no one will be happier than the governor. But with our limited budget, we have to set priorities.
