Talk about a strip tease: Scores West is apparently back in the booze biz.
A lawyer for the infamous strip club has snagged a temporary restraining order, barring the State Liquor Authority’s earlier emergency liquor-license suspension from taking effect.
The S.L.A. had voted to strip the club’s license on Wednesday after undercover cops slapped several Scores dancers with prostitution charges last month.
We assume the judge objected to the agency’s rush to judgement, instead prefering a slow revealing of the evidence.
