Details Emerge On Viacom’s Hudson Square Deal

Since The Observer broke the news about Viacom’s lease at 345 Hudson Street, brokerages have sent out their spies to get details.

So here’s some additional information, according to one brokerage’s report:

The lease will be for 15 years on floors 7, 8 and 9. The rents will be $39 a foot for the first five years, $43 for the next five, and $47 for the last five. Viacom will get the first six months free. Viacom will also have the right to expand on the sixth floor in two years.
