Realtors Flee Flailing Markets

And away they go! From Wednesday’s Wall Street Journal:

The long-awaited shakeout among real-estate agents is finally happening — much to the relief of those who are sticking with the business and prefer a bit less competition.

It’s hard to tell if this national shakeout’s happening specifically in New York City, particularly in Manhattan. If anyone has noticed broker ranks thinning in the Big Apple as of late, please let The Real Estate know.
