Spitzer Backs Freedom Tower, Begrudgingly

After an engineer and an architecture critic took a couple more whacks at David Childs’ Freedom Tower, Governor Spitzer on Tuesday morning said in a statement that it “may not have been the one we would have designed” but that it “must be built and we must get moving,” according to the Associated Press.
