Quinn on Spitzer's Health Plan: 'Tremendous Concern'

When Christine Quinn delivered her State of the City speech, she referred to proposed health care spending cuts from Albany and Washington as “misguided.” Recently, she and the City Council met with Eliot Spitzer, the guy who proposed the cuts from Albany.
