Report: Blee mulling party switch

Assembly Minority Whip Frank Blee, who won 31% of the vote in a Special Election Convention for State Senate after Bill Gormley resigned, is mulling a switch to the Democratic Party, according to a report this morning by Atlantic City radio personality Harry Hurley.

Hurley says that Blee “has been secretly meeting for weeks in attempt to become a registered Democrat and would run in this November’s General Election” and that he has confirmed that Blee met with New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine about switching political parties.”
