Central Park is at its most perfect--its greenest, sunniest, its coolest--when the Summerstage concert series rolls around. This July, the Decemberists (a band made famous by a song named "July, July!") will be headlining a big show with the big Brooklyn act Grizzly Bear.

The Fifth Avenue doyennes will love it. Indie rock ahoy!

The Decemberists will perform at Central Park Summerstage in New York City on Monday, July 16th, 2007 with special guests Grizzly Bear.

Presale tickets will go on sale Monday, March 26th at 12pm EST at http://decemberists.ducatking.com.

Official onsale is Wednesday, March 28th at 12pm EST at www.ticketmaster.com and www.summerstage.org.
