The Real Estate got the above on Thursday morning from Stribling Marketing Associates. It's for the future Smyth hotel-condo at 85 West Broadway in Tribeca. Something tells us Holden Caulfield would not hang at the Smyth. (Daisy Buchanan, maybe; Holly Golightly, sure.)
