Nor'easter Gets Stuy Town All Wet,[br] Forces Residents To Take Cold Showers

Tishman Speyer isn’t the only dark cloud looming over Stuyvesant Town and Cooper Village.

A recent rainstorm has now displaced many longtime residents from their warm baths.

According to Monday’s alert from the tenant association:

Due to flooding in the steam tunnels, 44 buildings in the community will be without hot water until the morning of Tuesday, April 17th. For details and a list of the buildings, visit the ST/PCV-TA website at the link here or at stpcvta.org.
