Bloomberg’s ’08 Comments on the Way Out

Michael Bloomberg announced he’d changed his party registration from Republican to “blank” yesterday, but, as I reported, the paperwork was actually submitted to the city Board of Elections on Friday.

Earlier that day, Bloomberg said on his radio program that America “wasn’t ready” for him as president. Here is a clip of Bloomberg at a press conference in the Bronx that day, where Bloomberg stood by his statement, telling reporters he was simply “too outspoken.”
