To the Editor:
It was heartening to read of another Sudoku addict [“Confessions of a Sudoku Junkie,” June 18]. So, it is a craze and I’m not just crazy! I cut the puzzles out of discarded newspapers, buy numerous books and keep a supply of sharpened pencils with erasers. I am in the transition phase from “easy” to “medium.”
Actually, it was my doctor who recommended the puzzles to help my brain become more agile and less forgetful.
Hey, that reminds me to check with our accountant—maybe the cost of the books would be deductible. Every little bit helps!
