Lobbyist arrested

Lobbyist Christopher Daul, who served as Assistant Counsel in the State Senate and as Counsel to the Commissioner of Environmental Protection, was arrested on charges that he masturbated in front of two women at near the Liberty Village Premium Outlets in Flemington. The former Corzine transition advisor, wearing just black socks and a hands-free headset, is now with The Alman Group, a firm headed by former state Human Services Commissioner George Albanese, and partners include former Human Services Commissioner James Davy.
