Happy Bastille Day! Sacré Bleu! Stay home and ride a baguette around your apartment like a pony! Or, if you’re out in the swampified Hamptons, there’s a benefit for orphans at the home of Sarah Ehrlich, founder of Help for Orphans International. Joan Rivers will be there, and we’re hoping Kimora Lee Simmons brings her hunky boy toy Djimon Hounsou. Then hop on your Vespa and vroom over to the Parrish Art Museum’s “Midsummer Party”—booze, food, dancing. Honorary co-chairs are Deborah Bancroft, Katharina Otto-Bernstein and Beth Rudin DeWoody, but the best gauzy trapeze dresses of the season will be at the tented “After Ten Party,” congratulating social machine Arden Wohl on her most recent society milestone—a July Vogue spread! Each day we miss Pat Buckley more and more .…
