A reader who works for an Assembly member just called to say that the Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver isn't calling members back to Albany tomorrow. Which, I assume, means they're been taken off standby.

I asked the reader what that means for congestion pricing.

"One could speculate, I suppose," the reader answered.

Hmmm.
