After announcing the opening of 60 units of affordable housing in the Bronx earlier today, Michael Bloomberg and Eliot Spitzer fielded questions about the conditional $354 million in transportation funding they got from the federal government.

Bloomberg said, "we're not married to any idea," about how to reduce traffic, but reiterated that his plan for congestion pricing was probably the only method that can hit the target goals that would trigger the federal funding. Which sort of brings this back to square one.
