His new lobbyist, <a href="http://www.capalino.com/clients/client-list.html">Jim Capalino</a>, has repped the <a href="http://www.observer.com/print/52701/full">Lenora Fulani-linked All Stars Project</a> and the <a href="/node/35294">Moynihan Station developers.</a> </p>
<p>Not exactly your street fighters in other words.  </p>
