Here is a clip, from a press conference earlier today in the Bronx, of Michael Bloomberg answering questions about his level of involvement in Bloomberg, L.P., which is now the subject of a multi-million dollar lawsuit alleging discrimination against pregnant employees.
Bloomberg was in the Bronx to announce funding for a job-training program for small businesses (which happened to highlight small businesses with happy female employees).
Bloomberg walked into the facility talking with Linda Hendrickson, the co-founder of the cabinet-making company where the event was held. Standing behind Bloomberg for the event (not seen in the video though) were Deputy Mayor Linda Gibb and a female deputy commissioner for the Department of Small Businesses.
