The “biggest Democratic presidential money pit in the city,” has been purchased by a Republican contributor.

The 5,000-square foot, 15-room duplex of prolific Democratic fund-raiser Connie Milstein, located at 770 Park Avenue, was purchased for $20 million by Robert Niehaus, a contributor to John McCain and Mitt Romney.
