NBC has given a cast-contingent pilot order to "Man of Your Dreams," a half-hour laffer from exec producer Conan O’Brien.

Jay Lacopo is writing the multicamera comedy, which revolves around a womanizer who uses his "skills" to help women desperately in need of dating advice. O’Brien’s Conaco shingle is producing via Universal Media Studios.
