This weekend’s sales were high-reaching as always. City records show two big ones, both over $5 million.

  • William Harnisch, CEO of investment firm Peconic Partners and wife Ruth Ann Harnisch, founder of The Foundation of Coaching, a non-profit that promotes world-wide coaching, sold their three units in Metropolitan Tower at 146 West 57th Street. The buyer is listed as Vertimode Holdings, S.A. The single-residential condo unit and two condo units without kitchens went for $5.1 million.
  • Director Joumana Rizk sold her two-family townhouse at 106 East 71st Street for $16.5 million. The buyer is listed as an LLC whose president is Vina Cheng, the probable buyer.
