She apparently wants to expand her place into a neighboring apartment. (The Material Girl already has a 6,000-square-foot duplex in the building, which reportedly has its own gymnasium and beauty salon.) The summons claims that Midboro Management and the building’s board are in breach of contract; they apparently stalled the sale of Julie Clark Thayer’s pad. According to the Daily News, Madonna bought a place in the building after the San Remo board nixed her over 20 years ago.
