We are dumping billions of dollars into Iraq for, among other things, infrastructure, while the Iraqis pile up cash reserves (including in an account at the NY Federal Reserve) when our infrastructure at home is in shambles. If the Democrats want more government intervention in our fight against global warming and energy security, let’s start with Amtrak.
