The Denver metro area has actually seen an increase in housing prices in recent months, despite a drop most everywhere else. Yesterday, the S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Indices found the Denver metro region’s prices rose 1.5 percent from May to June, one of the top-performing regions in the country. Still, the index puts home prices below where they were last summer.
