Among the offerings, 80 over 80: The Most Powerful Octogenarians in America, which includes Mike Wallace, Liz Smith, and Hugh Hefner. And while it shouldn’t be confused with The Observer‘s Power Geezers list from 2005, Slate’s ad sales department does deserve kudos—or a nice hard candy from grandma’s bowl—for the ad that ran alongside it.
