Blogger Joshua Heineman mined the New York Public Library for the old stereoscopic postcards that serve as his source material. You’ll see exploding ammunitions wagons (from the Boer War), a stagecoach arriving at Yellowstone, and a Massachusetts machine shop circa 1874 that’s suddenly back in business. But be warned: This bumpy bit of time travel may make you reach for some Dramamine.
