Dolly Lenz and Ilan Bracha took top awards at Prudential Douglas Elliman’s annual broker banquet today at the Pierre. (Max Abelson had word of Ms. Lenz’s triumph in yesterday’s print Observer.) More winners below:
New York, NY – On February 12th, Prudential Douglas Elliman celebrated its agents at their annual awards breakfast at The Pierre Hotel. President and CEO Dottie Herman and Chairman Howard Lorber hosted Prudential Douglas Elliman agents and employees as they honored their successful brokers.
“We are very proud of our wonderfully skilled sales agents and their hard work and dedication” said Herman. “Their many talents and accomplishments keep Prudential Douglas Elliman at the top of the industry.”
Taking home the Top Individual prizes based on both Gross Commission Income and Transactions was I. Dolly Lenz, and earning the awards for Top Team by both Gross Commission Income and transactions was Ilan Bracha of The Bracha Group.
Individuals recognized for Top GCI were Efraim Tessler (#2), Sachiko Goodman (#3), Katherine Gauthier (#4), Sabrina Saltiel (#5), Natasha Sinkov (#6), Jan Hashey (#7), Diane Johnson (#8), Jennifer Kalish (#9) and Leslie Mason (#10).
Top Groups in GCI were The Leonard Steinberg Team (#2), The Tamir Shemesh Group (#3), The Kotler Group (#4), The Jim Testa/Clif Thorn Team (#5), The Sukenik Group (#6), The Daniela Kunen Team (#7), The DeNiro Group (#8), The Jacky Teplitzky Team (#9), and The Janice Chang Team (#10).
By transaction, Top Individuals named were Michelle Mizrahi (#2), Robert Nicoletti (#3), Efraim Tessler (#4), Todd Stevens (#5), Doron Zwickel (#6), Terry Naini (#7), Sachiko Goodman (#8), William Landhauser (#9), and Karen Skurka (#10).
Additional Group awards for most transactions went to The Barak/Blackburn Group (#2), The Tamir Shemesh Group (#3), The Sukenik Group (#4), The Jacky Teplitzky Team (#5), The Lense Group (#6), The Rob Gross Team (#7), The Haber Team (#8), The Jessica Cohen Team (#9), and The DeNiro Group (#10).
Gary Dana and Rick Dana were awarded Top Commercial Agents, in terms of both GCI and transactions, and Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino won The Retail Award. Ilan Bracha was presented with Most Sales Exclusives in Manhattan for 2008, and in Brooklyn, Robert Nicoletti earned the distinction. The award for Most Rental Transactions went to The Kotler Group in Manhattan and Allan Gerovitz in Brooklyn.
Industry newcomers, Sindy Sanchez and Barbara Brown- Allen, picked up Rookie of the Year awards, and Nancy Weaver was recognized for her career-long contributions to the business with the Lifetime Achievement Award. John Morrison, from Prudential Douglas Elliman’s IT department, was recognized by the firm as an employee who consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty with the esteemed Team Player award.
