2 p.m. State Senator Eric Adams will announce a bill that requires the Department of Homeless Services to maintain an intake facility in Manhattan.  The Senator also joins public officials in a lawsuit to block the Bloomberg plan to reroute 14,000 homeless men per year from processing at Bellevue Men’s Shelter in Manhattan to the Bedford-Atlantic Armory Shelter in Crown Heights.
