The Senate Democrats 2010 Campaign Team

ALBANY—As they gear up for what will surely be a very competitive election cycle in 2010, the New York State Democratic State Senate Committee is filling out its staff.
As Liz Benjamin reported in the latter half of her column this morning, the NYS DSCC will retain Red Horse Strategies, the firm started by Doug Forand, and has made several internal hires:
